Strengthening Minds, Supporting Lives

Expanding awareness, reducing stigma, and building pathways to care

Mental health challenges touches every community

We create space for honesty, connection, and support—because no one should face mental health challenges alone.

Help create space for connection and healing.

What We Fund & Do

RFF was created from lived experiences across generations — from navigating mental illness, to surviving heart disease, to the demands and pressures of physical performance.

Our mental health work is deeply personal and purpose-driven. We support initiatives that expand awareness, reduce stigma, and increase access to care for individuals and families.

Mind

RFF exists to advance mental health as essential care. We support initiatives that expand access to therapy, strengthen emotional resilience, and provide meaningful support for individuals and families navigating mental illness, trauma, and long-term psychological strain. Our work is shaped by lived experience and grounded in a commitment to long-term, compassionate care.

Mental health conditions and illnesses are some of the least talked about but most prevalent issues among people today. Many survivors and caregivers struggle with anxiety, depression, isolation, and identity shifts long after the physical emergency has passed.
This pillar funds programs that prioritize mental wellness—expanding access to therapy, strengthening emotional support, and creating space for people to process the psychological realities of recovery.
