Our mission

We support whole-person health by advancing mental health awareness, heart health education, and physical well-being. Through community partnerships and action-driven initiatives, we work to ensure individuals and the people who support them are not left to navigate challenges alone.

Our Story

Our story

RFF was born from deeply personal family experiences that revealed how interconnected health truly is.

In 2022, Caroline’s father survived both ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, beginning a recovery journey that continues today. His resilience, and the family’s role as caregivers, shaped our dedication to heart health education and long-term recovery support.

In 2025, Eli Robinson—brother to Duncan and Marta—died by suicide after years of navigating schizophrenia. His life and legacy drive our commitment to mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and compassionate support for those affected.
For Duncan Robinson, years as a professional athlete and public figure have reinforced how essential physical wellness, discipline, and resilience are—not just for performance, but for a meaningful life.

Together, these experiences unified into one purpose:
to build a foundation that turns vulnerability into strength—for individuals, families, and communities.

Our 3 pillars

Heart
We support organizations and initiatives that advance stroke and cardiovascular health education, survivor recovery, and long-term support for caregivers and families.
Mind
Mental health challenges shape how people think, connect, and function. We focus on awareness, suicide prevention, and expanding access to care for individuals and the support systems around them.
Body
Physical well-being strengthens resilience across mind and heart. Through movement, discipline, and healthy habits, we promote prevention, confidence, and long-term health.

OUR VALUES

At the Robinson Family Foundation, our values are shaped by lived experience. They guide how we show up, how we serve, and how we design programs that strengthen mind, heart, and body. These principles keep us grounded in empathy, accountability, and action—ensuring our work supports real people, real families, and real outcomes.

Authenticity
We lead with honesty and lived experience, meeting people where they are and speaking openly about the realities of health, recovery, and loss.
Resilience
We believe vulnerability is not weakness but the starting point of strength—growth forged through challenge, care, and perseverance.
Transparency
We hold ourselves accountable through clear priorities and responsible stewardship, directing the majority of resources toward direct community impact.
Community
Healing is not a solitary process. We create space for connection, support, and shared responsibility across individuals, families, and caregivers.
Impact
Every initiative is designed with intention—focused on measurable, meaningful outcomes that improve lives over time.

Our Beneficiaries
Through fiscal sponsorship by Sport for Impact, RFF upholds strong financial oversight and transparency. We prioritize direct program support, ensuring resources are used intentionally and responsibly.
The Christopher Robin Foundation is a nonprofit organization to reduce barriers for people entering recovery and to help individuals build a solid, lasting foundation for a healthy life. This foundation exists in honor of those who are suffering — those battling mental illness, substance-use disorder, and the countless families impacted by both. It is especially meaningful to us because it carries the names and legacies of loved ones we’ve lost.
