Our 3 pillars

Heart
We support organizations and initiatives that advance stroke and cardiovascular health education, survivor recovery, and long-term support for caregivers and families.
Mind
Mental health challenges shape how people think, connect, and function. We focus on awareness, suicide prevention, and expanding access to care for individuals and the support systems around them.
Body
Physical well-being strengthens resilience across mind and heart. Through movement, discipline, and healthy habits, we promote prevention, confidence, and long-term health.

How are donations used

RFF was born from a series of deeply personal family experiences.

In 2025, Eli R., brother to Duncan and Marta, died by suicide after years of navigating schizophrenia. His life and legacy are a driving force behind our commitment to mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

In 2022, Caroline’s father survived ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes — a journey that continues today. His resilience and the family’s role as caregivers shaped our dedication to heart health and recovery support.
And for Duncan Robinson, years as a professional athlete and public figure have shown how essential physical wellness, discipline, and resilience are to a meaningful life.

These experiences unified into one purpose:
to build a foundation that turns vulnerability into strength — for everyone.
